Humanities Accelerated

Humanities Accelerated is the research arm of the center. Through the generosity of multiple endowments we are able to partner with faculty on campus to promote and facilitate research. We provide four types of monetary awards through a competitive grant and fellowship application process.

Grants

The Humanities Center holds an annual grants competition to fund humanities-related projects that speak to the Center’s commitment to public humanities and interdisciplinary research.

Fellowships

The Humanities Center awards fellowship opportunities to both early-career and senior faculty members. Fellows pursue their proposed humanities projects while serving as active participants in the Center’s programming for a full academic year.
